Q: Can I use eCove™ T30T LED Rigid Strip outdoors?
A: No, eCove™ T30T can only be used indoors. You may choose eCove™ WP27T instead.

Q: What's the operation voltage? Can it operate with 12VDC?
A: The standard eCove™ T30T is 24VDC input. But we can custom design to work on 12VDC.

Q: Can I cut the strip into smaller length?
A: Yes, eCove™ T30T can be cut at every 6LEDs. It will enable customers to install eCove™ T30T into many narrow lighting applications.

Q: How many LEDs in one piece of eCove™ T30T?
A: 30 LEDs. If you need to put more or less than 30 LEDs, we can custom design for you.

Q: Can you provide power supply to it?

Q: Does it need control systems? Can you provide?
A: Yes, the related systems are listed below:

Part 2: General Questions
Q: How can I pay for my orders?
A: We prefer TT and Paypal payment, also accept Credit Card.

Q: What's the lead time of it?
A: We always have in stock our standard products in white, red, blue and RGB color. So for order of less than 1000 units, we can usually dispatch immediate shipment.
For orders of other colors, including green, orange, pink, purple, teal, yellow... is usually three to five working days.
For large volume order and special custom make order will be determined case by case.
Please confirm with your International Sales on each order.

Q: Which transport mode do you provide? How long does it take?
A: We usually ship for small order (3-5 business days), international air shipping for order weight over 100 Kg (4-8 business days) and ocean shipping for order quantity of containers (20-30 days).

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: For small orders (under 100 KGs), we usually use International Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT, and deliver to your door within 3-5 business days; for big orders (over 100 KGs), we use regular air shipping and deliver to your door within 4-8 business days; for order quantity of containers, ocean shipping will be adopted and shipping lead time will be around 25-30 business days.

Q: What is your warranty policy?
