Q: Can I use iSignage™ B24 LED Flex Strips outdoors?
A: No, iSignage™ B24 can only be used for dry environments. But rainproof treatment is available when the strip is used for motorcycle decoration.

Q: What's the operation voltage? Can it operate with 24VDC?
A: iSignage™ B24 operates on 12VDC. But we can custom design it to work on 24VDC.

Q: Can I cut the strip into small length?
A: Yes, iSignage™ B24 can be cut at every 3LEDs. It will enable customers to install the strips into many narrow spaces.

Q: If one LED fails, will the whole strip fail?
A: No, iSignage™ B24 comes with 3LEDs in one series connection and every 3LEDs in parallel connection. If one LED fails, the remaining groups will still work.

Q: How many LEDs in one piece of iSignage™ B24?
A: 24 LEDs. If you need to put more or less than 24 LEDs, we can custom design for you.

Q: Can I use iSignage™ B24 to decorate my motorcycle?
A: Yes, its compact size, high flexibility and 3M tape on the back make iSignage™ B24 ideal for motorcycle decorations.

Q: Can you provide power supply to it?

Q: Can iSignage™ B24 be connected with dimmers? Can you provide?
A: Yes, it can work well with our QColor™ Remote Dimmer (HCD-00001-000000-RD).

Part 2: General Questions
Q: How can I pay for my orders?
A: We prefer TT and PayPal payment, also accept Credit Card.

Q: What's the lead time?
A: We always have in stock our standard products in white, red, blue and RGB color. So for order of less than 1000 units, we can usually dispatch immediate shipment.
For orders of other colors, including green, orange, pink, purple, teal, yellow... is usually three to five working days.
For large volume order and special custom order will be determined case by case.
Please confirm with your International Sales on each order.

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: For small orders (under 100 KGs), we usually use International Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT, and deliver to your door within 3-5 business days; for big orders (over 100 KGs), we use regular air shipping and deliver to your door within 4-8 business days; for order quantity of containers, ocean shipping will be adopted and shipping lead time will be around 25-30 business days.

Q: What is your warranty policy?
