FAQs on XDriver™ 100W LED Power Supply

Part 1: Technical Questions
Q: How to select LED power supply for the LED lighting system? Which points should be noticed?
A: To increase the reliability, you are suggested to choose a power supply that has a rating of 30% more power than the loads. With this approach, you can extend the life span of your LED power supply.
Ambient temperature of the power supply needs to be considered. If the power supply is working in a relatively high temperature environment, you need to make some derating to the output power.
Furthermore, additional device for dissipating the heat is suggested to be considered.

Q: Can I use XDriver™ 100W LED Power Supply outdoors?
A: No, XDriver™ 100W can ONLY be used indoors.

Q: Sometimes XDriver™ 100W shuts down itself during operation and then after it turned off, I can restart it again. What's the reason and how to solve the problem?
A: Because XDriver™ 100W has the function of overload protection. When overloading instantly, it will activate the function of overload protection and then shut down itself. To deal with this situation, we suggest increasing the output power of your power supply.

Q: Which direction should I install my XDriver™ 100W, vertical or horizontal?
A: Generally, fanless LED power supplies are suggested to be installed in the horizontal position. So we suggest you install XDriver™ 100W in the horizontal position. If you have to install it vertically, the output derating due to the heat concern should be considered.

Part 2: General Questions
Q: How can I pay for my orders?
A: We prefer TT and PayPal payment, also accept Credit Card.

Q: What's the lead time of it?
A: We always have in stock our standard products in white, red, blue and RGB color. So for order of less than 1000 units, we can usually dispatch immediate shipment.
For orders of other colors, including green, orange, pink, purple, teal, yellow... is usually three to five working days.
For large volume order and special custom order will be determined case by case.

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: For small orders (under 100 KGs), we usually use International Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT, and deliver to your door within 3-5 business days; for big orders (over 100 KGs), we use regular air shipping and deliver to your door within 4-8 business days; for order quantity of containers, ocean shipping will be adopted and shipping lead time will be around 25-30 business days.

Q: What is your warranty policy?
