Q: Can I use oSignage™ X1 LED Module outdoors?
A: Yes, with IP 68 degree, oSignage™ X1 is ideal for outdoor applications.

Q: Can oSignage™ X1 used as channel letter lighting?
A: Yes, it is perfect for channel letter lighting both indoors and outdoors.

Q: What's the operation voltage? Can it operate with 24VDC?
A: The standard oSignage™ X1 is 12 VDC input. But we can custom design to work on 24VDC.

Q: What's the minimum working unit?
A: The minimum working unit is 3 pcs, so cut at every 3 pcs at cutting marks.

Q: Can you provide power supply to it?
A: Yes, the related power supply is 12 VDC QDriver™/XDriver™ LED Power Supply. You can refer to the link: http://www.atgelectronics.com/lighting/five.jsp?bid=10&sid=20

Q: Does it need control systems? Can you provide?A: No, but it can be connected with our Qcolor™ Remote Dimmer(Part Number: HCD-00001-000000-RD) to achieve dynamic lighting effect.

Part 2: General Questions
Q: How can I pay for my orders?
A: We prefer TT and PayPal payment, also accept Credit Card.

Q: What's the lead time of it?
A: We always have in stock our standard products in white, red, blue and RGB color. So for order of less than 1000 units, we can usually dispatch immediate shipment.
For orders of other colors, including green, orange, pink, purple, teal, yellow... is usually three to five working days.
For large volume order and special custom order will be determined case by case.
Please confirm with your International Sales on each order.

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: For small orders (under 100 KGs), we usually use International Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT, and deliver to your door within 3-5 business days; for big orders (over 100 KGs), we use regular air shipping and deliver to your door within 4-8 business days; for order quantity of containers, ocean shipping will be adopted and shipping lead time will be around 25-30 business days.

Q: What is your warranty policy?
