Q: Can I use Smart™ X18LT RGB LED Wall Washer outdoors?
A: Yes, its IP rating is IP65, so it is perfect for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Q: When it is used outdoors, does the light system need some waterproof treatments?
A: Yes, the signal output connectors of Smart™ X18LT RGB LED Wall Washer must be wrapped with waterproof tape, then sealed with a Φ20 thermal shrinking sleeve and blow and shrink it with a hair drier for waterproof purpose. Q: Which control modes can it work in? What's the difference between them?
A: Smart™ X18LT can work in two control methods: self-control and DMX control.
Under self-control, the wall washer will work under the pre-programmed lighting effect; while under DMX control, it will be compatible with any DMX512 console to meet lighting designers' specific lighting-effect requirements.

Q: What is the beam angle? Can we get requested beam angle?
A: The beam angle of Smart™ X18LT RGB LED Wall Washer is 15 degrees. Yes, we can also offer the requested beam angle as per customers' requests.

Q: What's the operation voltage?
A: Smart™ X18LT RGB LED Wall Washer is 120VAC/240VAC input. 24VDC is also available by request.

Q: When it is operated under DMX control mode, which controller does it need? Can you provide?
A: Yes, DynColor™ 500-SL RGB DMX Controller is needed.

Part 2: General Questions
Q: How can I pay for my orders?
A: We prefer TT and PayPal payment, also accept Credit Card.

Q: What's the lead time of it?
A: We always have in stock our standard products in white, red, blue and RGB color. So for order of less than 1000 units, we can usually dispatch immediate shipment.
For orders of other colors, including green, orange, pink, purple, teal, yellow... is usually three to five working days.
For large volume order and special custom order will be determined case by case.

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: For small orders (under 100 KGs), we usually use International Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT, and deliver to your door within 3-5 business days; for big orders (over 100 KGs), we use regular air shipping and deliver to your door within 4-8 business days; for order quantity of containers, ocean shipping will be adopted and shipping lead time will be around 25-30 business days.

Q: What is your warranty policy?
