GETTING STARTED
ATG Electronics® QDriver™ 60W LED Power Supply is a universal device that operates on input voltage ranging from 85 VAC~264 VAC, and provides 5 amperes of filtered and regulated 12VDC power (nominal) or 2.5 amperes of 24VDC power (nominal) to LED lighting fixtures, controllers or decoders etc.
QDriver™ 60W comes with a 1.5 meter (4.92 feet) long power cord with American plug or European plug to suit different interface. It also has a 1.5 meter (4.92 feet) long cable, which can directly attach to ATG Electronics products or via power adaptor board.
QDriver™ 60W is contained in a compact plastic housing and applicable for dry environment.
QDriver™ 60W is the ideal and cost effective solution for driving a small quantity of 12VDC or 24VDC LED lighting fixtures, controllers or decoders etc. It has successfully been installed with thousands of LED lighting systems in the world.

Unpacking
1) Unpack and carefully examine the product.
2) Report any damage and save all packing materials if any part is damaged during transport.
3) Do not attempt to use this apparatus if it is damaged.
1) Risk of electric shock. Ensure that the power is off when connecting QDriver™ 60W to the lighting device.
2) QDriver™ 60W shall be installed and operated by a qualified electrician or technician in accordance relevant local codes.
Cautions
1) Suggested continuous working time is around 8 hours, never more than 12 hours.
2) Do not use sharp tools near or on the surface of the device.
User Responsibilities It is the responsibility of the contractor, installer, purchaser, owner, and user to install, maintain, and operate the device in such a manner as to comply with all state and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.

PLANNING THE INSTALLATION
This device installation requires planning to ensure timely, successful installation with minimal complications and down time.
Planning Suggestions
Consult an Electrical Inspector to review all wiring plans.
Create a Layout Plan drawing, per a Lighting Designer’s or Architect’s recommendation.
Consult ATG Electronics Application Engineering Services as needed.
Installation Considerations
When creating your installation plan, consider the following:
1) Power of the loads
To increase the reliability, users are suggested to choose a power supply that has a rating of 30% more power than the loads. So when connecting with QDriver™ 60W, the power of the loads is recommended to be around 46W.
2) Location of QDriver™ 60W
QDriver™ 60W can ONLY be used for dry environment.
Installing QDriver™ 60W in high-temperature environment must be avoided;
QDriver™ 60W is suggested to be installed in the horizontal positions;

1) Connect QDriver™ 60W to your lighting device;
2) Plug QDriver™ 60W into power outlet to light the whole system.
