    Limited Warranty

    LED Commercial Lighting products, including iVision™, oVision™ screens and displays are limitedly warranted for one years dated from purchase.

    LED Signage Lighting products, including LED Flex Strips, LED Rigid Strips, and waterproof modules are warranted for one year dated from purchase as long as you have purchased the appropriate regulated 12VDC power supply for the devices. A regulated transformer is required for all purchases products which operate at 12VDC. The regulated transformer will deliver 12.0 volts to the listed products, and will have the 1 year warranty be applied should the product fail due to defective materials. If you wish to NOT purchase the regulated transformer from us, no warranty claim will be accepted.

    LED Architectural Lighting products, including border lights, various rope lights, wall washers, and inground lights are warranted for one year dated from purchase.

    LED Illumination Lighting products, including iBright™ fluorescent tubes, various XPower™ are warranted for one year dated from purchase. (Exceptionally, we offer two-year warranty for iBright™ T8s fluorescent tubes, EPS version.)

    LED Control/Driver system products, including RGB Controllers, Amplifiers, Decoders and Power Supplies are warranted for one year dated from purchase.

    OEM/ODM custom designed products are warranted for one year dated from purchase or subject to specified agreement statement.

    Related accessories, software, shipping charges and any product free of charge are not included in this warranty policy.

    The products shall be under usage of normal condition or as recommended in the manual.

    Return Policy

    ATG Electronics will replace or repair defective products within seven working days upon our approved inspection of the returned product(s); if replacement or repair is not available, we will credit buyer’s account or provide cash refund. ATG Electronics will cover UPS Ground shipping cost for the return of defective product(s) to our US office in California, and will be responsible for shipment of replacement products from our China factory.

    ATG Electronics will not reimburse or pay for unexpected costs or expenses, including without limitation labor or other costs associated with removal or reinstallation of the product, even if it is ultimately deemed to be defective.

    Exceptions:
    * Product that has been modified by the user.
    * Product was not installed or maintained according to manual or specification accompanied.
    * Product was subject to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, or negligence.
    * Product was non-defective or product defect was not related to ATG Electronics product functionality, including third-party modifications.
    * Other damages caused after receipt of product by customer.

    Return Procedure
    To obtain approval of product return to ATG Electronics, customer needs to follow our return procedures below:

    1. Complete "Defective Return Form" or email service@atgelectronics.com to obtain "Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number", "Authorized Shipping Account Number" and a shipping address label of ATG Electronics Return Center.

    2. Indicate clearly the above "Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number" and "Authorized Shipping Account Number" on a tag attached on the return product and dispatch the product to the stated shipping address.

    3. Returned product will be inspected upon arrival at the center.

    4. Once product is determined to be defective, we will replace or repair the product within seven working days.

    Notice:
    * Any return without authorization of ATG Electronics will not be accepted.
    * If return product is found to be damaged, missing parts, a minimum 17% restocking fee will be charged.
    * If return product is found to be non-damaged, the product will be returned to customer, at customer's expense, and a minimum 10% test fee of the product value will be charged.

    Report Problem(s) to ATG Electronics
    Please detailedly describe the problem(s) you've met and also send  the original invoice or invoice number to service@atgelectronics.com, we'll handle it within 12 hours.
